## What Womni is

Womni is an omnichannel platform for retail and restaurants. It unifies POS, online store, marketplaces, delivery, inventory, orders, fiscal documents, KDS and tables, and exposes the business through APIs and MCP.

It is for restaurant groups (dining room, counter, takeaway and delivery), retail with a store and digital channels, and professional services in Portugal, Spain, the EU and worldwide.

It includes certified Portuguese invoicing with NS Invoice, channels such as KuantoKusta, Worten, FNAC, Leroy Merlin, Uber Eats, Bolt Food and Glovo, and AI agents that can read sales and catalogs.

It is the wrong fit for a simple one-page site, or for businesses that need iFood or Rappi (not available).

## Frequently asked questions

### Is Womni a POS or an order aggregator?

Both. The POS plan is the point of sale. The aggregator receives orders from connected channels. The omnichannel plan combines POS and aggregator.

### Is invoicing certified in Portugal?

Yes. Invoicing uses NS Invoice, aligned with the Portuguese Tax Authority. In Spain the flow meets VERI*FACTU requirements.

### How much does it cost?

POS €19.99/month, aggregator €39.99/month and omnichannel €59.99/month, per store. VAT extra. New accounts include 14 days free, no card.

### Can a public language model create the account?

Yes. Claude, ChatGPT (MCP connector) or another agent can call https://www.womni.store/api/mcp with no login, or POST /api/onboarding/create. There is no password in the chat: the setup email arrives when installation finishes. The person must confirm they accept the terms.
