Terms of use
Last updated: April 2026
These terms govern use of the Womni service provided by Nutsoft, Unipessoal Lda. (hereinafter “Nutsoft” or “we”) as a software-as-a-service (“SaaS”) provider. By subscribing to, activating or using the service, the customer (“Customer” or “you”) confirms that they have read and fully accepted these terms.
1. Subject and scope
Womni is a cloud platform that integrates point-of-sale, order aggregation and related operations, according to the contracted plan or modules. Access and use are subject to these terms and, where applicable, particular conditions in a commercial proposal or signed contract, which prevail in case of conflict on a matter they expressly regulate.
2. Service activation and legal documentation
The system processes legal documents and information needed to operate the Customer’s business (for example, in connection with third-party integrations or applicable legal requirements). For activation of the service and to start provision under safe and compliant conditions, the Customer must send the legal documentation and identification or compliance details Nutsoft requests (trading name, tax ID, billing data, evidence or authorisations where required by law or partners). Without sending and validating that documentation, Nutsoft may refuse or suspend activation until the requirements are met.
3. Account and acceptable use
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, the confidentiality of credentials and use of the service in accordance with the law and these terms. Use of the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights is prohibited.
4. Recurring payment
The service is provided against recurring payment (for example monthly or another agreed cycle), at the amounts and in the currency stated on the website, proposal or contract. Stated prices may be subject to VAT or other taxes at the legal rate in force. Failure to pay on time may lead to suspension or termination of access, under applicable legal or contractual terms.
5. Usage and additional charges
Depending on the contracted plan, certain features may include limits (for example order or transaction volume). Use beyond included limits or optional services may be charged separately as additional usage, according to the price list or specific conditions disclosed or agreed. Nutsoft may update usage or add-on prices with reasonable prior notice, without prejudice to the Customer’s consumer rights where applicable.
6. Availability and changes to the service
Nutsoft seeks to keep the service available, without an absolute guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Updates, maintenance or functional changes may be made, communicated when reasonable or as provided in the contract.
7. Intellectual property and data
The software, brands and platform content belong to Nutsoft or its licensors. Data entered by the Customer remains theirs, under the Privacy policy .
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nutsoft’s liability for indirect damages or lost profits may be limited as provided in contract or law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Term and termination
The contractual relationship runs for the subscribed period and renews according to the plan conditions. Either party may terminate the contract on the agreed or legal terms. After termination, access may be deactivated; retention or export of data may follow the contract and privacy policy.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the Lisbon district, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
11. Contact
For questions about these terms, use the contact means indicated on the website (for example the contact form or sales).
